Clearance Rack refresh Today! and a card to share

Good morning stampers!

I lost a day! I thought that today was the 12th but. nope it is the 13th which means that I am getting you the clearance rack refresh on the day that it opened, and there are so many goodies in there you are going to want to get - SHOP NOW!

Today I am putting together the final cards for this month's card express so they will be in the mail tomorrow- for those of you coming to camp I will give you your packets at camp and you can take them home or make them while you are here.

One of the new bundles (Quiet Meadow) comes with so many dies that are wild flowers -you are going to love it. I woke up the other day with an idea and had to make the card first thing- this is just a first run but I love it-

To create it I first mixed up a spritzer with a couple of drops of Evening Evergreen ink and rubbing alcohol, then I die cut 3 of the 13 dies in the bundle and laid the focal image on thick basic white card stock. Then I spritzed. It was a light spritzing- just enough to change the color evenly and since it was alcohol and not water it dried rather quickly. Then I placed the other 2 dies where I wanted them and spritzed again, this allowed for variation of color/shadow. I love how the shadows look. Then I added a greeting after the final layer dried, added some bling and it is good to go.
