Good morning Stampers!
In the greater scheme of things I have not been gone for long but it also feels like ages since touching base with all of you!
I think that happens when lots of things happen in a short period of time-
I went north and helped my daughter with packing up some of her house- and it was HOT! doors were open so the a/c was not really cutting the 104 degree heat. Also while packing, Rebecca and I were looking at houses on line that had come on the market near where they wanted to live in Tigard.
I came home on Friday and tried to cool down and recoup -only to be caught up in in-person touring those same houses. On Sunday we (Zora and all 4 of her grandparents) looked at 3 homes near Tigard high school, and late Sunday night before driving down here, with only seeing it online, and listening to what we thought, Rebecca and Josh made an offer on our favorite house.
Then very early (4:30am) Monday I drove Rebecca and family to the airport -heading off to Hawaii for a much deserved and needed vacation. They heard the offer was accepted shortly after landing in Hawaii. So, so happy they will be 20 minutes away rather than 3.5 hours.
Another great thing is that my studio will not be needed for a temporary storage unit.
The new roof is set to start in a couple of weeks, so everything is on track there, and my plans to re-open the studio in September will work! Fingers crossed just in case. Here is my schedule for re-opening...
Sept 3rd and 4th- All Things Rubber Rummage Sale! (Earn All things rubber money with every order placed during July-August)

For every order you place during July and August you will automatically earn $5 in rubber money, and for every $20 you order you will earn an additional $5 in rubber money. This can all add up to some nice spending money during my All Things Rubber Rummage Sale! I accept real money too but having rubber money to spend is pretty nice.
The package from SU! that had the pastels in it was delayed for some reason and just arrived today! So for those of you that earned the FREE pastels and 4 card tutorial I will be sending out the email with the tutorial PDF attachment this afternoon and mailing out your FREE pastels today as well.
For those of you who signed up for Card Express -your kits are going in the mail today as well. It is a Post Office day today.
