Good morning Stampers!

Today I am feeling better. Still sick and in quarantine until tomorrow, but I can see the light. Yay! I started feeling better yesterday afternoon and so went into my workroom for some play time with new goodies. The new goodies I am speaking of are now available to you as well - they are from the new Sept-December mini catalog that went live this morning. Shop my online store here

Before I get too far I want to remind you that today is the final day to sign up for Stamp Camp this next Saturday 9/9 - This one is going to be special because it happens to fall exactly on my 24th anniversary as a demonstrator and so I am planning some extra goodies and now that I am feeling better I am getting excited to share it all with you!

Today is also the final day to sign up for my Masking class on 9/23. The early timeline for this is I need to order everyone's product to have for you here when you come to play.

Stamp Camp is just $25 for the day and so is the Masking class- just $25. So plan your month and come to one or both of these studio classes- you will not be disappointed!

One of the projects I made yesterday was actually one that I started before I left for Backstage. I thought I would make an apple card since this is September and I always think of apples for September. Anyway here is the card I made. It does use one of the new embossing folders called distressed tile. This photo does not do it justice- you can see it on page 43 of the mini catalog or online here

The stamp set is Apple Harvest and it can be found in the annual catalog. 

I discovered something today that I did not know before. Did you know that even days after you have colored an image with the Blends markers if you want to have a highlight area such as the highlighted area on the apple that the color lifter still works? I liked the apple a solid red but thought I would see if I could lift just a bit of the color. I thought it might have been too long since I colored it (8/23) to have the color lifter work. But yay as you can see it did. Now I love the look.

Now I need to finish up the pdf tutorial for Card Express@home so they can go in the mail on Tuesday. Then back into the workroom to finish the designs for Stamp Camp plus the extra goodies for everyone.
