I have lots to share with you today!

First a reminder of the cards we are making at Card Express in Salem on the 28th- you need to sign up this week if you are coming...

These couple of cards feature new sets coming in the Sept-Dec mini catalog. I played a bit creating the background on the "O Christmas Tree" card - it is a fun technique, then just add the amazing die cut trees.

I have decided on another class I will be offering in September- This week we are celebrating Zora's birthday and I made her this little card/box to put her gift into - I love it and I know you will too. Easy to make and great for tucking in some cash or a gift card or other treat.

So I decided to turn it into a class where you can choose the designer paper from a stack and add coordinating colors from my card stock, sentiments etc. and make your own unique box. Sign up today!

I also spent some time this week working on treat boxes to sell at the Market at Margies on October 4-5 - These are fun little Halloween boxes (ready to fill with small treats)- the beards glow in the dark too! Fun!

Yesterday was a crazy weather day, Rebecca and I took a trip up the gorge east of The Dalles to visit a friend and on the way home I saw clouds I have only seen in photos before. So strange. This was just before the lightning and rain began near Cascade Locks. The temperature went from 93 down to 66 by the time we were close to home. So happy to have the much needed rain but not so much fun driving in it. Have you seen these kinds of clouds before in person? Here in Oregon?
