The countdown is on for the Market at Margie's, the Market is next week! Set up is Wednesday and Thursday so technically I should be ready by then but we will see. The market opens on Friday October 4th at 10 am. My stacks of handmade goodies is growing, and I am going crazy with all the fun things I have been making. I found stashed in a cupboard a whole lot of test tubes that I had purchased some years ago and decided I would put them to use this year. Here are a few more items I have added since I last checked in.

I had a fun weekend, starting with heading to Seattle to visit with friends and attend the opening weekend of hockey - not NHL but when you have someone you know/love playing it is so much fun to watch.

For those of you that have been with me for awhile and have known Max since he was a toddler, surprise he has grown up and is still playing! 

Today I was remembering after a class of card making in the studio, pushing back all the tables and then watching him play hockey in my studio using the little embellishment containers as pucks. This pic is post game on Saturday. He got beat up a bit -possibly a broken or well bruised nose but he loves it. 

I am trying to take more pictures as I dive back into Scrapbooking- or for me Scrap framing, so I took my real camera with me to the game. It is hard to both be in the moment and photograph it at the same time. 

Tomorrow evening is Card Express in Salem, here are the cards that everyone will be making. 

I have decided to wait until after the Market to start up Tuesdays in the studio again. This way I can stay focused.
