I have just enough time this morning to send out a quick note and share something I am loving!

Yesterday I pulled out one of the new kits available. Nature's Paintings

I played with a few of the images and had such a lovely relaxing time coloring. The kit is $25 and comes with printed designs on heavy smooth watercolor paper enough for 24 projects. A package of 8 watercolor pencils and a water painter- the only thing you need to add is water. 

Here are the few I did last night-

Now I admit that I pulled out my other watercolor pencils too, since I am an Old Olive girl, and I wanted some Melon Mambo and Cherry Cobbler too. 

If you love coloring as much as I do - you should definitely get this kit as well as the extra watercolor pencils  Water color assortment 1 / Watercolor assortment 2. Once you get going you will be looking for line art everywhere, and luck for you there are some things coming in the new year with some great images for coloring. When you get to that point you will want a stazon ink pad too.

Speaking of my calendar I need to make some adjustments for Tuesdays in the studio while David is recovering and he is done with follow up appointments- basically until the end of January- January 7th is available though so that will be the day for the watercolor class.

That's it for now I need to get things together to head to the hospital with David, Prep begins at 10:30 with his surgery at 12:30. If you think of him send some good healing energy his way please.
