Hello Stampers!

I hope you are all having a lovely holiday weekend! I was finally able to sit down and pull out some of the new stamps and dies that are available to everyone beginning on September 3rd. The Sept-Dec mini catalog and the Online Exclusive release both go live on Wednesday 9/3.

If you came to Card Express you had an opportunity to pick up a copy of the Sept-Dec mini. I thought I had put in an order for the minis to be mailed out, but apparently I started the order fully intending to finalize it later but then missed the deadline. Please know that I will be mailing the minis out to those of you who have ordered this catalog year, just as soon as I have enough copies- I have ordered more. In the mean time you will be able to view all the new product in the Shop now tab in my online store beginning on Sept 3rd.

Here are some fun things I made this weekend.

Love and Courage - our making a difference set -$3 of each sale will go to breast cancer organizations. The Sunflower 3-D embossing folder can be found in the online store. The Love and Courage set is in the Sept-Dec mini.

Festive Friends bundle (online) and Snowy Delights bundle (mini) What you might not notice is the the hat and scarf are stamped on white velvet paper closely trimmed and layered onto the snowman. The other thing I did here was to loosely scribble inside the snowflake using a white gel pen. 

The Etched Autumn background stamp (online) was used for the strip on the side, I colored the leaves using assorted Stampin blends and then proceeded to put it through a retired embossing folder(sorry about that) I then die cut the large leaf from Gathering moments bundle(online) and again put it through a retired embossing folder (sorry again). I need to mark those that I want to keep but are not available. -The Hello greeting is from Lovely Florals (online).

My last share for today is a combination of a long retired die, and then lots of current goodies-

The stocking die is I believe more than a decade old. The Gingerbread man can be found in the Sept-Dec mini, along with the snowflake. I used a new embossing folder for the toe and heel, I used the White velvet paper for the stocking cuff. I intend to put a pocket on the back of the stocking for a gift card, or a To: From: and make it a gift tag
